Your inputs, preferences, and generated plans are stored securely using your web browser's Local Storage to optimize speed metrics and allow you to view your current diet plan without needing to re-enter your physical profile metrics. If you clear your browser cache or local storage, your plan will be removed from your device, and you may need to recreate it.
